1:1 Coaching Sessions

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can impact your scheduled coaching session, and we will do our utmost to be as accommodating as possible during these occasional unforeseen events. Should you need to reschedule your 1:1 coaching session, you may reschedule your session outside of the 48-hour cutoff period with no penalties. A make-up session will then be scheduled within a week or two of the originally scheduled date (where availability permits). Any last-minute cancellations of scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions (within 48 hours) will be classified as a forfeited coaching session and be deducted from your allocated coaching package sessions.
